Spring Meadow #2113
The meadow behind our house is a naturalized area since it floods on a regular basis. In spring it is home to chirping birds and toads, while the doe hide their fawns in the underbrush and graze. This felted landscape shows the colourful texture of the blooming grasses and wildflowers, and the fresh red growth on the briars as they spring back to life. The felted artwork is 9" x 13" in a 12" x 16" burgundy wood frame.
